Please note for Next Day Delivery: - Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday to receive delivery the next working day. (i.e. An order placed at 1.30pm on Friday would be delivered the following Monday.)
Orders placed after 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the next working day after that. (i.e. An order placed at 3.30pm on Friday would be delivered the following Tuesday.)
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays would be processed the next working day to be delivered the next working day after that.
Next Day Delivery is NOT available on Sundays or Public Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but there would be an additional charge of £15 per delivery.
Most deliveries are dispatched using our couriers, DHL, however if a parcel is under 1k it will be dispatched via Royal Mail and sent either Recorded or Special Delivery. A signature is required at the time of delivery on all orders.
If there is nobody home to receive the goods a card will be left with a contact number, it is then down to the recipient to contact either DHL or the Royal Mail to arrange a convenient delivery day.
If delivery is not successful then all orders will be returned to Body Exchange. With all orders that have been dispatched by courier your card will then be refunded minus a charge of £14.00. This charge is the actual amount we are invoiced by DHL for the goods to be returned to us. With all orders that have been dispatched via Royal Mail your card will be refunded less the total cost of the postage.
Your first order must be delivered to the cardholders address, this is a security measure due to the increase of online card fraud. Once wehave delivered there once then we are able to deliver to any address you please, but you must arrange this before your goods have been dispatched, which is before 3.30pm on the day of dispatch.
We have a very high level of customer service and will do anything within our powers to ensure you receive your deliveries on time and to a convenient location.
In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched your card would be refunded once we have received the goods back. For orders that have been dispatched by courier your card will be refunded minus a charge of £14 or for goods that have been dispatched with Royal Mail your card will be refunded less the total cost of postage.
How to order Orders can be placed via our website, with secure shopping, or you can telephone 0845 644 3945 to place an order. For orders placed over the phone, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, they are usually delivered within 72 hours of placing them. Please ensure you have all your details to hand, delivery address, billing address and card details.
Delivery All goods will be dispatched as swiftly as possible, and we aim to effect delivery the next working day where orders are received before 2.00pm.
